Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and WatchBetter, Inc. ("WatchBetter", "we", "us"), which operates the NaboTV service ("NaboTV", a trade name of WatchBetter, Inc.). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

NaboTV provides a unified interface to browse, organize, and launch content from streaming services you subscribe to and personal media servers you connect. NaboTV does not host, stream, or supply the underlying content; playback is provided by the respective third-party service or your own server.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by: attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or others' accounts; using it to infringe others' rights; or circumventing any access controls of connected third-party services. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any streaming service or media you access through NaboTV.

4. Personal media you connect

When you connect a personal media server, you represent that you have the right to access and play that content. NaboTV reads your library to display and organize it; you remain responsible for the content on your own servers.

5. Third-party services and trademarks

NaboTV integrates third-party data and services, including The Movie Database (TMDB), Movie of the Night, Trakt, and the Open Trivia Database, and connects to services such as Plex, Emby, and Jellyfin. Their names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners; their use in the app is for identification only and does not imply endorsement. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

6. Intellectual property

NaboTV and its original software, design, and branding are owned by WatchBetter, Inc. and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

7. Service changes and availability

NaboTV is offered on an evolving basis and may change, add, or remove features. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NaboTV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we'll notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
