1.8.3 August 19, 2026

  • Streaming services is now an expandable tree grouped by service, with a filter - and it opens instantly
  • Fixed a dead remote on screens opened from Home's setup buttons
  • Fixed blank rows and crashes on the Streaming services screen
  • Plug in a keyboard (USB or Bluetooth) and type directly in any TV text dialog
  • The TV link page now shows the right kind of code

  • Filter Browse by resolution, and see 4K, 1080p, 720p or SD on every title
  • On TV, Back now leaves the on-screen keyboard instead of erasing what you typed
  • The keyboard choice moved to its own Settings section, out of Playback & sound
  • Edit a library's connection or refresh it on demand from the TV providers menu
  • Connected libraries sync noticeably faster, and a very large library no longer holds up everyone else

  • Movie and show pages now suggest similar titles you can actually watch
  • Switch profiles straight from the sidebar, and edit a profile's picture, name, type and PIN in one place
